Family/Organization Breathwork Sessions
90 min group breathwork session to improve communication, connection and creative solutions.
Service Description
A customized 1:1 breathwork experience designed for your family or corporate needs. These individualized sessions allow your group to release stress & emotional blocks, improve nervous system regulation, and create momentum in the direction of your choice. To schedule these private group classes, reach out to me directly to coordinate the best date and time. Class size is limited to 8, although further arrangements may be made to accommodate more. These sessions are available in person and by Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
Spots are limited so please consider others and cancel >24 hours in advance if needed. Remember to bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, 1-2 pillows and have an intention in mind for each session.
