Welcome to your next breath class




Reminder for Your Session:


Please wear comfortable clothing and prepare a quiet, undisturbed space where you feel safe. Set up a spot where you can lie on your back comfortably, with pillows, a blanket, an eye shield, and water nearby.


For the best experience, we also recommend:

  • Having a light meal or snack at least 1 hour before class (avoid eating right before the session).

  • Silencing phones, notifications, or other distractions.

  • Bringing an open mind and intention for your practice.
